Can you scream like a little girl. Michelle managed to kick a cactus and started yelling. We were on the trail by the whiterocks (Wildwood Trail). It was about 6:00 am, a lady came out of her house and asked that we be more considerate as people are sleeping. (She was actually pretty nice about the whole thing) Then Heidi did a drop and roll, ripping her running pants and drawing blood. No screaming, however.We started with a bunch of FRunners but only 3 actually made it the 17 miles, congratulations to Stephen, Kami and Michelle. The rest of us are slackers... Betsy, Jeena, Jill, Jason, John, Carla, Suzy, Brad, and Heidi.

Goute, IT Band, Cactus, Blood, Hot.....
The Course:
We ran up Star Canyon to the trail, to wildwood, then around south Camp (Lost some people) to Albertsons, (Lost more people) then around the trail to redlands parkway (Lost some people)and then up South Broadway back to the Kohls. It turns our 17 miles is a long way.
