Kenny missed another run, the girls missed him. The Frunners ran the river trail loop. Some ran farther than others.
Michelle, Carla, Andrea, Kami, Amy, John, Don started by the redlands parkway and met Jill and Jeena at Albertsons. Don ran with us agian and looked good. Carla was concerned that he may show up so we picked him up.
We stopped at Albertsons and had some drinks. Jill and Jeena had some water for us. Those training for a marathon-Kami, Michelle, Amy and Andrea, who is just running for fun, ran some extra at the end. Just a nice run. We will start doing trail runs in a few weeks after the Boston Marathon.
