A nice trail run at starting at Mary's. We had a new face for our Saturday run, although she has been running with the Frutia group some durring the week. We like to welcome Stephanie to the FRunners group. I think it is time we got some new shirts.... and Betsy is back from having a baby and ran with us. Good to see her out. Someone told Kenny we were running..... He is getting a bit fast.

We started at mary's loop and ran to another loop and ran back. It was a nice day and run. Stephanie brought her two dogs and they seemed a bit tired at the end (They probably ran 10 times farther than us) There were a bunch of moutain bikers camped out, we saw a few on the trail but most were still in bed when we left.
